Sales recruitment success 'a target for older people'

Older people are happier and healthier if they are still working in sales jobs, according to an industry expert.

Emma Soames, editor at large for Saga Magazine, said that older people should still look for sales recruitment success, as they are better off if they do not retire completely.

She also added that people are getting more out of their jobs than they realise and urged people not to retire too early.

Ms Soames also commented that financial worries are one reason why older people are continuing to look for sales recruitment success.

"By definition, you work, you're earning, so you are going to be less stressed about money than if you are not working ... Working is a marvellous saving scheme. It keeps you out of the shops," she added.

According to recent research from the Prudential, 25 per cent of businesses are expecting staff to delay retirement, meaning that around 1.8 million people are expected to be working beyond traditional retirement ages in just ten years.
